The Honor 70, 70 Pro and Pro Plus are marketed at a competitive price with 120 Hz OLED displays

Honor unveiled his new flagship trio this Monday (30). The Honor 70 and Honor 70 Pro are new mid-range premium phones with promising prices and features that will boost the Chinese manufacturer’s popularity as it rises to the top of its country’s market share ranking.

In addition to these, the Honor 70 Pro Plus was announced as a new high-end phone at a lower price than the “Magic 4” family models, as they were able to take the prestigious positions in the photography rankings. Find out all the details below.

The Honor 70 features a distinctive brand design with two large blocks that enclose the camera sensors. This powerful mediator a 6.67 inch curved screen with Full HD + resolution (2400 x 1080 pixels) with OLED technology, 10-bit calibration and 120 Hz refresh rate. The screen has a built-in fingerprint reader.

The phone has a 54MP Sony IMX800 main camera as well as a 50MP wide angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there is a hole in the screen that holds a selfie camera with a resolution of 32 MP. The main camera is capable of recording videos up to 4K with digital stabilization (EIS).

Representing the “entry” pattern of the new line, the The Honor 70 is equipped with a Snapdragon 778G Plus, One of Qualcomm’s most advanced mid-range platforms. This is the latest chipset in the 7xx series, which will now be replaced by Snapdragon 7 Gen 1. The set will work with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.

This hardware is powered by a 4,800 mAh battery with 66 watts of fast charging support. Other specifications include Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and Android 12-based Magic UI 6.1 interface with low latency connectivity.

The successor to the Honor 60 Pro and the version of the unprecedented “Pro Plus” line are the same in terms of design, both with 6.78-inch curved screens with Full HD + resolution (2,652 x 1,200 pixels) and 120 Hz refresh rates. The Honor 70 Pro Plus has the advantage of having LTPO technology, ensuring variable cooling to save battery power.

Both models feature a 54 MP Sony IMX800 main camera, as well as a wide-angle lens with a 50 MP sensor and a telephoto lens with an 8 MP sensor, 3x optical zoom and optical stabilization. The models have 50 MP front cameras.

The difference between the models is the hardware. The Honor 70 Pro runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8000, which, according to the manufacturer, promises similar performance to the “first-class” Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. The Honor 70 Pro Plus aims even higher and uses the Dimensity 9000MediaTek’s most advanced processor.
